When it comes to quick thinking, trusting gut feelings, and knowing how and when to pivot to make the best of every situation, real estate professional Gabrielle Lee has it down. Gabrielle used all of those traits and past career experiences to come to her present position as Realtor Extraordinaire at Sapphire Properties
Gabrielle specializes in working with investors, first-time home buyers, and traditional sellers. In fact, Gabrielle considers herself an investor first, and her entrance into investing is an interesting one. While living in and working in Korea as an English teacher, she began to investigate eBay’s burgeoning real estate sales, and she impulsively bought two homes in the United States despite having never bought real estate before.
A move to Ohio in 2007 took her deeper into the investing end of real estate, and in her first year, working with a partner, she bought and sold 72 houses in a year. Enticed by the changing economic market in California, she moved back to her hometown of Modesto and then to San Francisco where she worked as a buyer’s agent.
Gabrielle loves the challenge of working in the sophisticating and competitive San Francisco market where something new is happening all the time. And despite all the shifting changes in her career, Gabrielle always remembers the importance of home, and she strives to provide for her clients the sense of security, contentment, and belonging they are looking for.
